Norddeutsche Automobil und Motoren GmbH var en tysk bilfabrik, oprettet i 1908 med Norddeutscher Lloyd Shipping Co. som ejer. Lloyd fabrikken var beliggende i Bremen, og man producerede biler fra 1908 til 1929. I 1914 blev Lloyd og Hansa til et selskab under navnet Hansa-Lloyd Werke AG, og de fleste af bilerne var Hansa modeller, med navnet Hansa-Lloyd. Selskabet blev opkøbt af Carl F.W. Borgward i 1929 efter produktionen var ophørt. Lloyd genopstod i 1959 i et selskab ved navn Lloyd Motoren Werke GmbH. Man fremstillede små, billige biler frem til 1961, hvor selskabet lukkede. Der blev fremstillet Lloyd biler frem til 1963, de sidste år under navnet Borgward Arabelle.
