Marathon
Marathon Motors begyndte under navnet Southern i 1906 i Nashville, Tennessee. Firmaet fik den første bil på gaden i 1908, og Southern blev kendt for selv at producerer alle komponenter til bilen, hvilket var usædvanligt i bilens barndom.
