Isuzu Motors Ltd. er et japansk bilmærke, som efter lidt omveje har specialiseret sig i kommercielle køretøjer. Lastbiler, varebiler og biler af pick-up typen, ligesom Isuzu er en af verdens største producenter af dieselmotorer. Isuzu er stiftet i 1916, hovedkontoret er beliggende i Tokyo, Japan. Isuzu byggede i efterkrigsårene britiske biler på licens, man har samarbejdet med Subaru, Mitsubishi og Nissan, og i 1971 købte General Motors sig ind med en aktieandel på 34 procent.
